Honey Cashew Chicken with Sauteed Veggies
Main dish ingredients:
Smart Chicken Breasts
1tbsp of Honey
1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
Dash of Garlic Salt
2 tbsp of crushed cashews
Side dish ingredients for veggies:
Couple hand fulls of Kale and Spinach
Big hand full of chopped cauliflower
1 tsp Tumeric
1 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1 tbsp of minced garlic
Mozzerella Cheese
Oven to 375 degrees
Spray pan, top your chicken breasts with coconut oil, honey, garlic salt and crushed cashews.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Warm up coconut oil and minced garlic in a sautee pan. Then add kale, spinach, cauliflower, tumeric. Sautee until cooked and top with Mozzerella Cheese if desired.
